Mental health coaching is a supportive, goal-oriented approach to enhancing emotional and psychological well-being. As a mental health coach, I work with clients who have mild to moderate mental health conditions to identify challenges, develop strategies, and create actionable steps to improve their mental and emotional resilience.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I focus on helping you achieve personal growth and foster positive habits that enhance your overall mental wellness.

 

My role is to empower you with the tools and mindset needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.

She is the co-founder of a Mental Health Collective servicing the greater Wellington, NZ area as well as a member of the Women's Wellness Coach Collaborative (Aotearoa).
